What we collect
If you submit the request form, we collect the name and email address you enter, your phone number and company name if you choose to give them, your message and the time it was sent. Nothing else. This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why and on what basis
We use this data only to reply to your request and, if it leads to work together, for the related negotiations. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in replying to requests sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for no longer than 24 months after the last correspondence, then delete them. If a request leads to a contract, related records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who sees it
Your message is delivered to our own mailbox and stored on a server we run in Lithuania. We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Our email hosting provider acts as our data processor.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@itedgepro.com. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Security
The website runs over HTTPS. Requests are stored on a server we run, and access is limited to those who need it to reply to you.
